Print or Email Tax Forms

Company Administrators can print tax forms on behalf of employees.

1. Navigate to HR & Payroll> Employees> Employee Search> Employee Last Name> Pay> Tax Forms.
   • Administrators may see a message requiring authentication before viewing an employee's tax forms.
   • View more information on Stepped Up Authentication by reviewing Stepped Up Authentication (SUA).
2. Select the Tax Year entry to view or print a copy of the tax form.
3. Open the PDF from the prompt that appears.
4. Print.
5. Close the PDF file to return to the main page after reviewing the form.

Employees can access tax forms to view and print from the employee profile.

1. Navigate toHR & Payroll> Employees> Employee Payroll File> Pay> Tax Forms.
2. Select the Tax Year entry to view or print a copy of the tax form.
3. Open the PDF from the prompt that appears.
4. Print.
5. Close the PDF file to return to the main page after reviewing the form.

Mobile

1. Log In to the Paylocity Mobile App.
2. Access Pay.
3. Navigate to Tax Forms.
4. Select the applicable W-2. The W-2 View will display the following sections:
   • Employer Identification Number {EIN)
   • Employer address
   • Federal tax boxes for wages
   • State tax boxes for wages
   • Local tax boxes for wages
   • Multiple State and/or Local sections will list one after another.
5. Select View as .pdf to see the printable version of the W-2.
6. Select � to email the form.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• 1095-Cs, W2Cs and 1099s are not available for viewing on the App.
• Contact the company administrator for current, or prior employer, if unable to access account.
