Add Direct Deposit in Mobile App

This article is about a feature that is still in development. Future products are subject to change and are not yet available to all companies.


Use the following process to add a new direct deposit account via the Paylocity Mobile App.

  1. Log In to the Paylocity Mobile App.
  2. Navigate to My Profile.
  3. Select Direct Deposit within the Private section.
  4. Select 🖉.
  5. Complete the Stepped Up Authentication (SUA) process.
  6. Select Add Bank Account if no account is already set up.
  7. Select Add Account if an account is already set up.
  8. Complete the following fields for the first account:
    • Account Nickname
    • Name on Account
    • Account Type
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
    • Retype Account Number
  9. Complete the following fields for any additional accounts:
    • Account Nickname
    • Name on Account
    • Account Type
    • Routing Number
    • Account Number
    • Retype Account Number
    • Allocation Type
    • Amount ($)
  10. Select Next.
  11. Edit the Direct Deposit Setup to make allocation changes.
  12. Select Save.
