Register a New User Account with the Mobile App


Employees already having used the Paylocity Mobile App or website can log in with existing credentials. If an employee has not yet registered a user account via the Paylocity website, then that employee can use the following process to create an account via Mobile:

  1. Tap Register New User.
  2. Enter the Mobile Number.
  3. Tap Send Code. A one time code goes to the entered Mobile Number.
  4. Enter the code.
  5. Tap Continue.
  6. Verify identity to match the information shared with the employer:
    • Enter Full SSN (Social Security Number)
    • Enter Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
  7. Tap Continue.
  8. Select the correct company if the employee's record exists in multiple companies.
  9. Enter Personal Email.
  10. Enter Username.
  11. Enter Password.
  12. Enter Confirm Password.
  13. Tap Create Account.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • The employee must have a mobile number on the employee record to register with mobile number.
  • If Enhanced National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST)-compliant password guidelines are on, default settings are overridden.
